I am a university economics lecturer and finishing my doctorate in economics. I have worked as a policy analyst for two U.S. Congressmen from Texas and was an energy policy fellow at a think tank in Austin, TX. I have published several articles in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of energy economics, monetary economics, regional free trade agreements, and forecasting. My goals are to critically evaluate relevant economic and social issues to provide practical solutions that will increase individual liberty and economic prosperity. Fun fact: I am a drummer and have played in a rock band in Houston, TX.
